I just purchased original art online and it’s still available. What gives?
Urgh, yes, that is a shortcoming of our point of sale system. During open hours we check for orders regularly and update the website quickly. After hours is the challenge. We pull our orders as soon as we get to the shop and process them in order. So far, that has been working, but we know we’ve been lucky. Please bear with us as we try to find a solution. If you purchase original art after hours, you will have confirmation the next morning that your purchase is being processed or, regrettably, if another customer purchased the same piece before you did. We will honor the time stamp on a first come, first served basis. We apologize in advance to anyone who may not get the piece they wanted. If there is something we can do to mitigate the loss, we will try.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of what you wish to purchase and where we would be shipping it to. We will confirm the shipping costs with the USPS and notify you.
Will I have to pay duties, customs or fees to receive an international shipment from FOE?
Please check with your country’s Customs Office for details. We can not pre-pay any duties or fees to the US Postal Service. Customs costs vary from country to country.
