We use USPS. Shipping is calculated when you make your purchase online. If you have a special request or unique situation, please email or call. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We hope this never happens, but if your purchase does not make it to you or arrives damaged, please email or call to let us know. For damaged items please inform us as soon as possible (and no later than a week after receipt) so that we can pull a replacement. If the item is no longer available or one of a kind, we will refund your money.
